Hippie Hollow Homes, LP was founded in 2003 by former High Tech executive Phill Grove. Currently Hippie Hollow Homes represents dozens of experienced Austin-based real estate investors offering a wide variety of solutions to property owners looking to sell.

Phill Grove's Bio:

Phill Grove is the Founder and President of Love Austin Homes, LLC and Hippie Hollow Homes, LP of Austin, Texas. Love Austin Homes offers a variety of real estate services and solutions in Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio, Texas. Hippie Hollow Homes, LP specializes in buying rental properties and renovation projects, foreclosures and short sales. Together, both companies, have managed over 500 short sales, and bought, sold, and/or renovated over 100 rentals, foreclosures, renovations, and construction projects since their inception in 2003.

In addition to running these companies, Mr. Grove is an active menber of the Texas real estate investing community. Mr. Grove helped establish the Texas Association of Real Estate Investors (TXREIA), a statewide association created to promote ethical standards in real estate investing, and Mr. Grove is an active member of both the Austin Real Estate Investment Club (REICAustin) and the Austin Real Estate Networking Club (Austin RENC). Mr. Grove is also an active property owner and investor with rental properties throughout central Texas.

Born of western Kansas roots, Mr. Grove "got to Texas" as quick as he could, and became a full-time real estate investor in 2003 after retiring from a successful 16 year high-tech career, where he worked as an electrical engineer, field applications engineer, sales person, sales manager, national sales manager, marketing executive, and ultimately as the director or vice president of marketing at several semiconductor companies. Mr. Grove began real-estate investing part-time in 1998 investing in Lake Austin water-front, and now owns properties throughout central Texas.

Phill Grove's business partner is Shenoah Peck

Shenoah is a true Austinite who grew up in Austin, attended Austin High School, and received her BA at The University of Texas at Austin. She holds an MBA from Rice University with an emphasis in entrepreneurship and corporate finance. Shenoah's real estate experience started young - her family has been buying and managing rental property for 4 generations - over 50 years! This experience and background has made Shenoah an expert at identifying "emerging neighborhoods", and buying and managing RE portfolios for investors and "civilians" alike. Any real estate agent can find a client what they want... Shenoah has the unique ability to find a client what they need!
